Below, you will find a food storage hierarchy chart to help you you and your staff store things properly in your cooler. There may be some States that also require this same storage procedure in your freezer.
The condition that you sell food in a bar or nightclub, and/or the percentage of your gross sales that needs to be food is determined by each State.
You may not need to sell food and may not want to. But if you do, you have to store it properly. This is imperative.
People can get very sick, and sometimes die, if food is not stored properly,
so food storage hierarchy is very important.
The chart is for you to copy so that you can post either inside or outside your units to help you and your staff remember how to store food. You will need to enlarge this to be easily read.
